TOYOTA BOSHOKU TURKIYE RECEIVES EFQM TURKIYE EXCELLENCE AWARD AGAIN

Toyota Boshoku Türkiye has once more been awarded with the highly prestigious EFQM Turkey Excellence Award.

 

Having started its "Journey to Excellence" in July 2019 to improve its management and job quality, Toyota Boshoku Türkiye since then incorporated systems and structures based on EFQM Model. After the receival of "EFQM Türkiye Excellence Award"in 2020, Toyota Boshoku Türkiye once more received the award. "Productivity improvement through elimination of touch-up paint process at plastic injection parts" of  Toyota Boshoku Türkiye, one of the 2 companies that received the award this year, has been accepted by the jury as the "Best Practice in Turkiye".

 

Talking in the event held by Kal-Der(National partner of EFQM) at Kocaeli Congress Center in 23 November,  Yoshiyuki KATO, President, Toyota Boshoku Türkiye said:

 

"Based on EFQM model, we enjoyed many merits such as "stakeholder oriented activities based on stakeholder perception analysis" and "benchmark with outstanding organizations" . We will pursue to realize our vision "Become the top class GLOCALIZED【meaning Globally thinking, locally acting】interior manufacturer in Europe".

 

Yılmaz Bayraktar, Chairman, Kal-Der presented the award in person.
